Erving Recreation Summer Parks Program

For children entering grades K-6, AND aged 5 and up.
Summer fun with sports, games, crafts, and weekly trips to Laurel Lake and French King Bridge Bowling.
Program takes place outdoors on the grounds of Erving Elementary School. 

Days/Times: M-F 8:30 AM-3:15 PM.

Registration Fee**
$150 per child per week for Erving Residents; Session 1 is prorated for 4 days (June 30-July 3, M-TH) at $120 per child)
$225 per child per week for Non-Residents; Session 1 is prorated for 4 days (June 30-July 3, M-TH) at $200 per child)

Full-week (M-F) registration only. No partial week registrations.

Maximum attendance: 30 children per week (waitlist available)

Session Dates

Session I: June 30-3 - No program on Fri, July 4.
Session II: July 7-11
Session III: July 14-18
Session IV: July 21-25
Session V: July 28-August 1
Session VI: August 4-8

There is no reduced fee scale available for this program.
** Summer Parks Program registration fees are off-set by monies from Erving Tax Payers. Thank you for supporting our children!

Erving Residents: 

Select from 2 payment options:

Option 1)
Pay $50 per week deposit at time of registration (between March 1 - April 30); Pay remaining balance by April 30.
Note: Any reservations not paid-in-full will be forfeit as of May 1. 

Option 2)
Pay full price at time of registration (between March 1 - start of program).


Non-Residents: Registration starts May 1
Full payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Any cancellations made prior to April 30 in WRITING will be refunded.
After April 30, registration is non-refundable.
* No Refunds for days not attended and days are not transferable to other weeks* 


Once your online application is complete, we will mail a Welcome/Information Packet to the address provided on the application by mid-June. This packet will contain health information, permission slips for medication and field trips. These must be signed and returned before your child can attend Summer Park.

NOTE: This is not a school program. The Summer Parks Program is administered by the Town of Erving Recreation Commission. Please direct any questions you may have about the program to the Rec Commission. Thank you!
