Fall Festival 2025 Vendor Registration - Registration for Vendors
The Town of Erving welcomes vendors & food trucks for it's 2025 Fall Festival, held at Veterans Memorial Field on Saturday, September 27.Registration for vendors closes September 12 at 8 PM The event opens to the public at 11 am and continues through the afternoon (4PM).
The Festival attracts 200-300 attendees of all ages from Erving and nearby towns, and has welcomed increasing numbers for several years. Attractions include family activities, public safety vehicle demonstrations, local fundraisers, bounce houses, climbing walls and more.
The event takes place at Veterans Memorial Field: an open, flat grass field with parking in rear fields
No electrical access or water available (limited sites with electric and water are available to food vendors only)
There will be an accessible porta-potty
Vendors provide own tables, chairs, shade (staked pop-ups and canopies are allowed)
Food vendors must obtain a permit from Erving Board of Health.
Non-profits should call the Town Offices at (413) 422-2800 Ext. 1101 for special food-permit fee information, if providing food to public or selling food items.
There is vehicle access prior to and following the event for set up and break down
Easy access from Routes 2 and 63
Vendors are asked to arrive no earlier than 8 AM, and must be set up by 11 AM.
A full schedule will be provided closer to the event.
Please note: There is no rain date for the festival. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded by mail through the Town of Erving.If you have questions, please contact the Erving Recreation Commission by email at recreation@erving-ma.gov or by phone at 413-422-1187.
