Erving Recreation Commission


  • The Erving Recreation Commission is made up of five elected commissioners, each serving a three year term.
  • The Commission provides recreational programs and community activities for Bembury Park, Riverfront Park and Hammock Park.
  • Our recreational programs include programs such as youth basketball, baseball, T-ball and soccer.
  • The Erving Recreation Commission provides a full day Summer Park Program during the months of July and August. This program takes place at the Erving Elementary School grounds.
  • Annual events include an Egg Hunt, a Rag Shag parade and Trunk or Treat, our Fall Festival and a Holiday event in December.
  • In the Summer we host Concerts in the Park at our bandshell in Riverfront Park.
  • The Erving Recreation Commission is always open to suggestions for new programs for children and adults.
